SalesForce LWC Integration and Deployment

We have an ongoing project for a custom SalesForce UI development from Figma using LWC, and integration and deployment on SF.

We have a development team that is currently executing the development activities on this project. We would like to bring in additional contractors to distribute the workload and to meet some of the deadlines that we have.

The contractor is supposed to work under the supervision of our existing developers and be available for a daily standup call (typically late evenings IST) to highlight daily progress and/or blockers.

At a high level we need SFDC developer with the following core expertise (on Sales and service primarily):
- Great knowledge and experience of LWC
- Lightning development, implementation, and deployment
- APEX
- Administration
- Configuration/customisation experience
