SalesForce Admin Needed

I am looking for a Salesforce Admin to help us with streamlining our company process. We will need you to help us configure the platform for our needs. We have 4 sub accounts under our main account. It would be great to have a bit of knowledge when it comes to developing, but we are more focused on finding an Admin currently.
This will be an ongoing position, and tasks will be changing so I can provide more details later on. I just need to know that the person we find is a Salesforce Admin Star.
