Saleforce Engineer Project (Rethink Commercial Real Estate CRM)

I am looking for someone with a LOT of Salesforce Experience (if you have Rethink experience even better but even if you don't it just is software that is built on Salesforce), with the API and knows how to quickly adapt Salesforce to an organization. We are just starting on it with a software called `Rethink its a commercial real state software built on Salesforce. We need to be able to quickly and easily upload contacts from past CRM and automate the process (creating any objects that are needed), we need to figure out a system for e-mail automation ie individual nurture campaigns (this would be a 3rd party add-on but need help finding the right now), we have Twilio for SF setup just needs to be activated for the specific users which then will allow Text message nurture sequences and text messaging directly to client. We also need to understand about the Gmail app for Salesforce and simplify explanations on how to use it for agents - ie. how can they easily add a contact from Gmail into Salesforce and change stage / add tags or whatever else. This could be a mix of documentation and videos.
Right now we just need to get it set up and working, able to create new contacts, you will need to look at the structure of Rethink and think about what is needed with Commercial Real Estate - they have alot of documentation. Then we need to upload all past contacts and allow them to be associated in the right way. We need to look for nuances ie. right now a lead cant be added if no company - so there needs to be a Unknown Company or No Company option in object to create. We need to hook up necessary API's to make sure the main sources we can connect to we are - ie. Loopnet, Costar, our Website Forms (Gravity Forms) etc. If its API then we will hook it up automatic, if no API we need to think of a system to scrape and upload - we have software like Cheatlayer that help automate this. If that needs to be done - that will be outside this project.
Major Parts of this Project:
This project is about the main setup, ie. contacts added (adding any objects etc as needed - understanding the type of leads that will be coming in and what we need), automate any contact uploads with API access, create Chattr integration with Slack, figure out and setup the ability for e-mail sequences (in followupboss they called Action plans and automation), set up Twilio (much is done here but set up some sample sequences and how it can be triggered - p.s. when I say sequences I mean, lead comes in, on day 2 send text message, then on day 4 send another followup etc). This would be automated where the agent is not doing it manually. Understanding the Gmail for Salesforce app and what it can do / limitations and how agents can best use it. Then lastly, adding anything else that would make this a better system.
After, if we find the right person there will be a lot of projects to customize and make this system much more automated such as scraping, more connections, fixing any issues, etc.
Must be available to start right away and have quick turnaround - within 5 days. L
