Robust Salesforce Community Web Development

I'm seeking a proficient Salesforce developer to construct a Salesforce Community Cloud platform that emphasizes a website-like interface. Key features to be included are:
- User registration
- Discussion forums
- Knowledge base
The community is already setup we need minor changes to UI and some basic backend functionality.
The ideal candidate should be able to contribute 15-20 hrs/week.
Its a long term project.And if i found a good candidate then we can work together in a long term.
