We are looking for a piece of software that will work with Xero, Ship station, as well as Salesforce.
We will need to be able to track everyorder as each will be a Hardware As A Service (HAAS). Their needs to be a main account holder, the site that has the equipment, the person who requested the order, track each piece of equipment on the order, a way to remove the equipment.
The person assigned to work on the kitting order .
Calculate all units belonging to the main account holder. And a way to generate an invoice to send to them. (Xero)
We need to be able to communicate with the client to let them know that we need them to complete a task on their end so we can finish the task on our end.
Each order will have specific instructions for how the device will need to be set up (kitted) we need that space for them to enter that information along with activation codes that translate into a QR code.
We then need to be able to send the order to (Ship station) whenever we are done with the kitting of the order.
We also need to be able to add additional items they reach out to us for in the future.
Each site needs to be assigned a specific order number.
The main account holder is in charge of the invoice.
The main account holder may have 3000 different companies under them but they will be responsible for the bill.
