Redesign a Visualforce to look pretty

currently have this page where customer see their packages, I would like to start in this project to just a copy of this visualforce with a redesign to look better with the lightning look and feel ,,,,, NOTE, the only information that will want to display is packages tab....... the rest to be remove.
