Personal assistant for an offline event

Hey there! Looking for someone with fluent english who can assist with people RSVPing to a medium-sized offline event. You would be responsible for receiving messages from prospects and following up with them over the phone and via email to see if they are able to come or not. Should be comfortable speaking on the phone and with keeping track of leads in real time in a SAAS software like Salesforce. Must have VOIP software like Skype or similiar and a stable internet connection for smooth calls. Must be available during EST working hours (8am-5pm EST).
