Outlook Calendar Custom Field Setup

I need assistance setting up custom fields on Outlook Calendar for Zapier integration with Salesforce.

Requirements:
- Create 6 custom fields on Outlook Calendar:
- Salesforce Account ID (text)
- Salesforce Event ID (text)
- Main Contact Name (text)
- Main Contact Phone (text)
- Alternative Contact Name (text)
- Alternative Contact Phone (text)
- Miscellaneous Text Field (text)

- This setup is needed for 9 shared company calendars, all managed by me.
- A single shared layout/template is required across all calendars.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
