Need apex code to update a long text field

I am looking for a skilled Apex developer who can assist me in updating a long text field in the Account object from a Long Text field in a custom object.The ideal freelancer should have experience in Apex coding and be familiar with Salesforce.

Requirements:

- Develop Apex code to update a specific text field in the Account object
- The text field should be updated based on a trigger
- The trigger should be activated when there is a change in another field's value
