Need Salesforce expert to answer these questions/scenarios
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Below are scenarios that I need complete and thorough answers for. Ideally, writing an outline for each scenario and how to tackle it as a professional.
I will leave the questions below, please let me know if you have any comments or concerns. I need this done preferably as soon as possible.
Questions/Scenarios using Salesforce:
1. Outline the typical buyer’s journey with a math professor who is exploring the market for a new textbook for his Advanced math course. Include the lead and opportunity stages they may go through before successful adoption of the textbook.
2. Our company decides to host an online conference that is capped at 150 seats exclusively for school leadership. Out of a database of let’s say 20,000 school contacts, how would you go about deciding who to send the invitations to? Also identify the stakeholders you’ll involve in the decision-making process.
3. A sales rep in our Europe team is a top performer managing a huge portion of that market. But Salesforce only shows 5 accounts marked under his name and any attempts at getting him to add data about his accounts to Salesforce so far have failed. How would you turn things around?
4. Let’s say our total addressable market has roughly 5000 accounts. Our CRM contains only 3000 accounts. How would you go about finding and adding the missing accounts to our database?
