Modify Lightning Aura Component

I have an Aura component below that needs modification

The component is being used on the below experience cloud site pages as PSGfundingapplicationList

When the "Start New Application" button is clicked the user is taken to the PSG Application Application form page which is an iframe for a Formassembly form. The users Salesforce ID is passed in the URL. On completion of the Form the Funding Request record is created in Salesforce.
At the moment the "Start New Application" button is directing the portal user to the form only when they have no PSG FR application history. Once an application is submitted and the PSG FR appears in the component when the user clicks on the "Start New Application" button the URL no longer works.
Also on the Home page the user can see the PSG FR history, however when they click on the Practice Sustainability Grant hyperlink it should take them to the Practice Sustainability page, at the moment is does not work
