Looking for ongoing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) consultant

We are looking for a consultant to doing ongoing work for us in ExactTarget (Salesforce Marketing Cloud). We have 9 HTML Landing pages to build, multiple Journeys to program, up to 45 email templates to build, and potential social media accounts to connect. We would like to agree to an hourly rate with you and then pay Milestones each week for the hours you have worked. This project could last 1 to 4 months. Looking for a consultant who is available during US working hours. As this is more of an ongoing project we would like to first interview a couple candidates and then have weekly status meetings.
