Hello -
I am seeking a part-time virtual assistant on an ongoing basis to assist me with business development-related tasks. I will spend time teaching you the process I currently follow and also provide training on the web-based applications I use to accomplish these tasks. The end goal is for you to (1) research and identify US-based companies that could be potential clients for my insurance brokerage firm, and (2) add those companies and the targeted contacts within those companies to SalesForce. Depending on your skill level, there may be a need for you to create outbound email content. Lastly, there will be miscellaneous administrative tasks that will be required, but training/direction will be provided before you are expected to complete such tasks.
Must-Have Characteristics: Reliable, Confidential, Responsive, Strong English (written & oral), Critical Thinker (needs to be able to make decisions on immaterial issues that arise to avoid inefficiencies in the process).
Duration: Depending on performance and work product, this role could be on-going for the next 3-5 years.
