Jotform to Salesforce Integration

Looking for support integrating a Jotform form to my Salesforce account. The form is intended to be used for sales reps to easily capture meeting notes for new and existing accounts in Jotform and have the captured data integrated into out Salesforce.

The object to be updated is the account and the event for each account meeting.
