Integrate FreePBX with CRM

We currently use Freepbx as our pbx and Improvit360 as our CRM. This CRM is Salesforce utilizing custom objects.
We need a connector created so that whenever calls are made they are automatically logged on the corresponding record. The record is a custom salesforce object not a standard one.
The details needed for each log would be the extension, date and time, result, duration, as well as url link to recording of the call.
