Hotspot setup and integration with other applications

Requirements: Good english skills as we will need to work together to accomplish this work. I am looking for someone to consult and advise me on how to create these workflows and automations.

Integrations with external applications a big plus
We are looking for someone who is very familiar with Hubspot, workflow automation, and integration with external applications. We need to create workflows around incoming leads, qualifying those leads, and pushing them back out to an external application for scheduling. I also need help finding and executing the proper schedule for teams to be assigned appointments.
The two applications we are currently using that I am in the process of integrating are Salesrabbit and Kixie. I would prefer someone who has experience in these applications, but it is not required. I will describe the exact use cases below:
There will be multiple sources for incoming appointments. These appointments will come into Hubspot in two ways: Confirmed, and Unconfirmed. The unconfirmed appointments need to be called and confirmed. If they are unconfirmed, wrong number, not interested, etc, they need to get pushed into a call-back list to an external call center. If the appointment is already confirmed, or it is confirmed through Hubspot, it is then needing to be pushed into a scheduler application.
I have not found a scheduler application yet. Ideally the scheduler is one that works for teams of people. The use case is: Teams of 5-20 people, who have schedules that can be updated in the app. Confirmed appointments are given out the day before by a manager. Once the appointments are given out, notifications need to be sent to everyone who received an appointment. When the appointment has been completed, it is needs to be updated with the outcome(i.e. closed deal, lost deal, not interested, etc) and this should flow back into Hubspot.
