Help with ZOHO Property Manager

I'm looking for help with setting up and configuring ZOHO Property Manager. I need assistance with the setting up and some changes to work for my property tenants outstanding utility balances and complaint tracking. ,I would also to put a calendar for daily tasks for credit control or calls due that day.
