Help Migrate my data from Salesforce Group Edition to Salesforce Essential

I was able to export all of my data from SF Group but I do not know how to import it into my new SF Essential account. Both accounts are currently active until I can successfully migrate the data. We are a small company, so I do not believe it should be very complicated, but I am stuck and Salesforce Support was absolutely no help.
