I’m looking for a long-term, tech-savvy GoHighLevel (GHL) expert who can take full ownership of building, monitoring, and managing all things inside my GHL CRM — while also helping me stay organized and efficient day to day.
This role is part GHL/funnel/automation specialist, part personal operations assistant. You’ll be setting up client accounts, connecting tools like WordPress and Zapier, managing pipelines, ensuring workflows are firing properly, and helping me keep tabs on what matters across the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Tech + System Setup
• Build and manage GHL workflows, forms, funnels, and automation
• Set up and connect Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, Google Sheets, etc.
• Handle WordPress integrations (lead forms, GHL tracking, CRM embedding)
• Create and manage affiliate links, automations, and payment tracking
• Clone/update snapshots for new client setups and onboarding
System Monitoring + Optimization
• Monitor GHL pipelines, lead flow, and automation logs daily
• Troubleshoot issues and fix broken workflows before they become a problem
• Notify me if leads are getting stuck or not converting properly
• Run test sequences and ensure each funnel and trigger is functioning as intended
Ongoing Support + Assistant Tasks
• Schedule meetings, set calendar events, and help me stay on track
• Watch training videos or SOPs and implement them without hand-holding
• Keep tabs on bonus payouts, lead source tracking, and affiliate performance
• Flag anything that looks off inside our GHL setup, team workflows, or funnels

• Expert-level GHL skills (CRM, workflows, automations, campaigns, triggers)
• Strong knowledge of Zapier, WordPress, and basic HTML embed
• Comfort using Stripe, Twilio, Calendly, etc.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Extremely organized, proactive, and a natural problem-solver
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Willing to be available some hours during U.S. Central Time (8AM–5PM CST)
