Formassembly and Salesforce integration project

Hi - I am looking to build a form using formassemby and integrate this with Salesforce. I am looking for someone who has experience in form assembly and Saleforce integration. We want the formassembly to collect data and upload those data to Salesforce. This might be a good small project for someone who has both the skill set.
