Fix email relay between Salesforce and Outlook 365

Hi, emails from our Salesforce are going to junk. We need to connect an email relay through our Office 365, however we keep getting an Access Denied error and the email fails to deliver. We need someone to connect them so emails deliver from our domain. Thanks!
