FULL CTI/SMS Solution with TWILIO BRIDGED TO SALESFORCE

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a FULL CTI/SMS Solution with TWILIO BRIDGED OVER TO SALESFORCE. Candidate must have experience in developing fully customized CTI/SMS solutions in Twilio Studio with bridge over to Salesforce. The Candidate needs to be fluent in English for both written (free lancer messaging) and verbal communication (zoom meetings) to make sure that details during any discussion are fully understood. The solution must be customized to meet the specific needs and must be fully integrated with Salesforce. I am not interested in pre-existing CTI/SMS integrations. Project will be broken down into (6) 30 day tasks with the break down of project and payment details in the word document attached.
