Excel Reports Integration: Azure to Salesforce

I'm looking for a skilled professional to Develop POC who can help me pull Excel reports from Azure to Salesforce. The reports will need to be integrated with the existing systems, and a user-friendly interface must be designed.

Develop a Salesforce UI that retrieves documents from Azure Storage and displays the reports link / metadata on Salesforce UI
So,
o Create a folder structure on Azure storage something like UserPortal\\ppgs\\
o From Salesforce UI pass User PPG code to Azure to retrieve relevant documents that belongs to the user
o In this Azure Cloud storage folder, all documents are listed, and whatever PPG wants to browse, that PPG code is taken as the “root” so they can’t access any other PPG’s folders. For example:
 PPG1 user can retrieve only Userportal\\PPG1 Folder and sub folders only like wise
 PPG2 user can retrieve only Userportal\\PPG2 Folder and sub folders only like wise
