Customer Support Call Handling work

I am looking for an experienced Developer to build a customer support call system for me.
Key requirements include:
- Inbound Call Transfer: The system should be able to facilitate seamless live call transfer between agents, to ensure our customers receive timely, effective support.
- Salesforce Integration: The system needs to be integrated with Salesforce, to provide our agents with the necessary customer data and insights for each call.
Experience in building similar call systems, particularly with Salesforce integration, is highly preferred. Please share relevant portfolio items when applying.
