Custom button to add multiple attachments in Salesforce Classic

Need a custom button that will have the ability to add multiple files. This button when clicked needs to open the window from Window, while you select the CTRL and select all the files needed. After selecting the files these files needs to be uploaded to the Notes& Attachment object for that record.
