Creation of Custom Salesforce App/Object

We have just started using Salesforce and are seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to create a custom App/Object that will allow us to create wiring diagrams for our products.
The "Wiring Diagram" app/object will link to our opportunities. The App will allow the selection of a type of Control system from a picklist. There may be up to 10 seperate control systems per Opportunity. Each Control system will have a number of zones. The default number is 4 but there could be up to 10.
Within each control zone the App will allow the selection of a number of different zonal wiring configurations from a pick list.
The App will need to store the relevant wiring diagram and provide a link URL so that based on the selections a Conga report can be used to produce a client version wiring diagram.
Sample report enclosed. This report has selected our iNVent (iCS4) Control Panel, with 4 zones each having a different type of zonal configuration.
We will utilise Conga to provide assistance in drawing together the report.
The developer will be required to provide a demo in a Salesforce sandbox environment and then assisting to transfer over to our live company and conduct final testing.
