Creating a salesforce integrated platform

We're looking for an agency/web developer that would be able to assist us with creating a salesforce integrated platform.
The purpose of the product is to create a simple, user friendly, integrated with Salesforce system, that will allow Organisation Team members to easily and accurately track progress and outcomes. It will allow external users to update details easy and hassle free as well as external stakeholders to see general stats of the event.
Data will be synchronized with Salesforce allowing easy retrospective data collection for organisation Team members.
Features would include:
- Data uploading to Salesforce through platform
- 3 types of users using the platform
- Notifications and reminders system
- Process handling, filling and viewing data on the platform
- Storing data on Salesforce
