Create a VisualForce Email Template

I have the Account Object that has multiple Projects . On each project we stored 3 fields :

- available hours
- end date
- units

I want to send a monthly email to the customer that says :

"Hi,

For the Account "X" - you have the following projects active :

Project 1 :

- available hours
- end date
- units

Project 2 :

- available hours
- end date
- units

Can you help me ?
