Create Quote Template in Salesforce CPQ

I am looking for a freelancer to create a simple quote template in Salesforce CPQ. I have a specific format in mind, and the template needs to include couple of fields as : Product Name, Owner Name. The successful freelancer will have to be familiar with Salesforce CPQ and have experience in creating quote templates. This project has a fixed budget so please provide an estimate of the time required as well as your desired rate.
