Create a "History" (Completed Tasks) view to add to Contact layout in Salesforce

Our team is really missing the "History" view from our old CRM. We would like to re-create a similar view in Salesforce to display as a tab on our Contacts.
I have uploaded the following files that should help you understand our requirements.
"History View from old CRM.jpg" file that I attached shows the tab our team loved in the old CRM.
"History.jpg" shows where I want to add the custom component you will create.
"History layout.xlsx" indicates the fields I would like displayed in this new custom component and it provides the filtering rules I would like for this view.
