Create Dynamic List in Pardot, Salesforce

I am looking for assistance in creating a dynamic list in Pardot and Salesforce. My current need is to create a dynamic list that will sync with existing prospects and will need to be updated on a weekly basis. This will likely entail creating the list according to specific criteria, allowing it to be updated whenever certain key data points are added. As this list will be dynamic, I need a system in place that recognizes changes in the database and feeds that information into the list. Ultimately, I need a reliable and timely list that keeps up with my prospects and their changes.
