Create Autopopulating Documents For Org in Salesforce

Too much on my plate right now and need to find some help to keep myself from being buried.
Looking for someone who is well versed in creating forms that with auto populate with data in Sales Force. Setting up a new org and need to work on integration of data and flows and not spend time on docs. It would be for proposals, contracts, invoices kind of thing.
