Connect Salesforce Community to Root Domain -- 3

I have a domain (mystudentrecruitment.com) registered with 123reg and nameservers are set to Cloudflare to use CNAME Flattening. I need to set a CNAME record to a domain provided by Salesforce, as they don't allow A records.
I have done this, but I am still unable to access the site. I need someone who can fix this.
