Job Title: Conga Developer / Salesforce Developer / Software Engineer II
We are looking for an enthusiastic Conga CLM professional to join our team. This role will support the growing demand for automation and innovation within our FinTech business unit, focusing on removing financial friction from transactions.
The Conga Team is part of the Financial Systems division and operates with a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurship.
As a Conga CLM techno-functional developer, you will be responsible for enhancing and scaling the Conga CMS landscape. You will work closely with process analysts and subject matter experts to develop successful automation projects using Conga CLM (Salesforce & Force.com) and Conga tools like X-Author Contracts. Your role involves making technical decisions and driving end-to-end process automation to deliver stable CMS solutions.
You will conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into high-quality documentation and Jira user stories. The role requires delivering functional enhancements, new features, and Conga CLM-related projects throughout the software development lifecycle. You will write user stories and assist in executing Conga CLM test scripts for business UAT and other testing while ensuring compliance with governance and security requirements. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) functional development or engineering, with at least one year (preferably two or more) of real-world Conga CLM experience. A strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes is required, along with at least two years of experience as a Conga CLM Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Business Design Consultant. The ability to independently run workshops with business users is essential.
Experience with REST and SOAP-based integrations is necessary. Candidates should have expertise in Conga CLM declarative configuration, including agreement templates, Conga advanced approval processes, document generation tools (templates, clauses, clause libraries), and Conga and Salesforce automations (flows, process builders, triggers, classes, custom settings). Strong Conga CLM data migration experience is required.
The role requires proficiency in developing Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components (Aura, LWC). Experience integrating business applications like DocuSign and Conga with Salesforce is also important.
Candidates should have experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment and possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I/II are a plus. Conga CLM Certification is preferred.
