3CX Call Logs to Salesforce
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for someone to build an automation that will automatically send our call logs from 3CX over to a custom Salesforce Object as we complete every call. Sending the call logs over to Salesforce as we complete each call would be preferred method. Second option would be a nightly job that updates the call logs once a day, we would consider this if it significantly lowers the cost of the project.
Some things to know about the project:
Our 3CX system is hosted by another company, I believe our 3CX server is Windows based.
I will build the custom object in Salesforce that the call logs are stored in.
We do have a Zapier pro account that could be utilized if necessary, but it is not a requirement that we use Zapier.
As call logs are inserted into Salesforce, we would like to use the 3CX extension to link the call record to a Salesforce user.
As call logs are inserted into Salesforce, we would like to use the 3CX external phone number for the call record to link the call record to a Salesforce contact or lead based on matching the phone number.
Our Salesforce custom object for storing the call logs will include the following fields (maybe more):
Call Date n Time (full date and time of the call)
Call Hour of Day (what hour of the day was the call started at)
Extension (this will be the 3CX extension)
User (use 3CX extension to link to a user)
External Caller ID (phone number of the external caller)
Contact (based on match using External Caller ID)
Lead (based on match using External Caller ID)
Direction (was the call Outbound, Inbound, or Internal - extension to extension)
Status (answered or unanswered call)
TimeRinging
TimeTalking
TimeTotal
Description (I think this is called "Reason" in 3CX)
LinkToRecording (link to the URL that has the call recording)
We are looking for someone with specific 3CX experience. In my opinion there seem to be some interesting nuances with how 3CX stores their call records and I have not completely wrapped my brain around all of these nuances, so I'm looking for someone experienced with 3CX development who already understands these nuances.
