CRM and workflow process

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with the various workflow processes related to my customer onboarding, communication, and service delivery tracking needs. Specifically, I need assistance with lead generation and management, customer onboarding and retention, and sales pipeline management. The process requires integration with email, calendar bookings, and invoicing. If you have experience with any of the CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho that would be a huge plus.
