CRM for Real Estate Investing
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I"m looking to have a CRM built, and education on how to use the CRM to better our real estate business. Goals of this CRM will be to: track property owners, create mailers, automated phone calls, texts, and an automated plan of communication touch points. I'd like this CRM to plug into Google apps/drive, and either have, or plug into something like Slydial (this is an auto voicemail company). We don't necessarily need this freelancer to build and do all of the data input, but build it, ensure it works then teach us how to use it to its fullest ability. Here are a few CRMs we are thinking through: Podio, Simply, Open Letter Marketing, and Zoho.
We have a list of 2,000+ homeowners, that we'd like to purchase their homes directly from them, that is the purpose of this CRM. In addition, we'd like automation into working with various real estate agents so we can keep our relationships moving forward, and remind them that we are here if they have any properties to sell.
