CRM Administrator and operator for consultation and Training.

I am seeking a professional and versatile CRM Administrator and operator for consultation and training. The ideal candidate should have advanced experience in CRM administration and operation.

Tasks to be assisted with include:

- Customization and configuration of the CRM platform

Skills and experience required:

- Advanced level of experience in CRM administration and operation
- Strong knowledge and expertise in CRM customization and configuration

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve any kind of issue.

Provide consulting and coaching around best practices in Zoho administration and implementation to enhance user experience

Generate reports and input data to support organizational initiatives

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in ZOHO Applications (configuration, customization, administration and reporting)

Basic Knowledge on Deluge (ZOHO Language) and REST API Integrations will be desired

Zoho certification is strongly preferred

Must possess strong communication skills:

Good problem-solving skills and a logical and smart approach to work

A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability.
