Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CPQ + Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and CPQ (Configure, Price,
Quote) implementation. This role requires someone who can work collaboratively with cross-
functional teams to deliver robust solutions that enhance our Salesforce platform.
What You’ll Do
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-
functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, deliverables and
coordinate and execute CPQ projects and enhancements.
* Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to
effectively collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality
solutions.
* Own functional tasks and deliverables, including, but not limited to process definition,
requirements gathering, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing,
training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications.
* Create and maintain project, application and architectural design documents and
Salesforce CPQ development best practices.
* Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and
systems.
* Ensure the consistency and quality of CPQ related data across Salesforce and
integrated systems.
* Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Need
* Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
* 6+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business
systems for a software company, with at least 4 years of Salesforce CPQ experience.
* Ability to customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and
demonstrate the same to the customer.
* Hands-on experience in the Force.com platform configuration and development using
Apex, LWC & flows.
* Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hardworking, and a great team player with
excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience
meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
* Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, ecosystem and
best-practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications.
* Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
