I'm seeking an automation specialist to streamline and optimize our healthcare billing process using platforms such as Zoho, Wati, ManyChat, and others like Zapier. Our goal is to automate promotional activities, sales funnels, billing processes, and payment tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Automate the creation and sending of custom invoices. Our agents will generate itemized bills for healthcare products, and we need this process to be automated as soon as the bill amount is finalized.
- Integrate our current platforms (Zoho, Wati, ManyChat) for seamless communication via email and WhatsApp.
- Set up a system for tracking payments in real-time.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency with Zoho, Wati, ManyChat, and Zapier
- Experience with automating billing processes
- Knowledge of integrating various platforms for business automation
- Familiarity with healthcare industry billing processes is a plus
- Understanding of various payment gateways, notably Razorpay
