Build a custom CTI/SMS in Salesforce Open CTI

CTI with manual dialpad, click to dial, power/auto dialer, progressive & predictive dialer capabilities, local presence function for both click to dial & power/auto & predictive dialer, manual sms, bulk sms, auto & drip campaign (workflow) sms (local presence feature for manual sms & sms campaigns), IVR workflow, Call Recording, Call Forwarding, Call Transfer, Call hold, Conference Call, Ringless Voicemail, and Internet/virtual fax capabilities. Need mobile app feature as well. All needs to be inside salesforce (Financial Services Cloud Enterprise)
