Build a Slack App

Need a simple Slack app built for users to invoke with slash command and complete a form in a modal that pushes to Airtable and also Salesforce Service Cloud creating a case, and then update Airtable with the RecordId, maybe using Zapier if needed. The team supporting the App needs to be able to work from Airtable to mark cards complete and which should push to Service Cloud and update Case status.
