C# Build Salesforce JWT Oauth2 Flow

Good morning,

I'm looking for someone to create an JWT Oauth2 flow for salesforce in C# as seen here.

I would like the project to be a console application, something I can build api calls on, I just can't figure out the oauth2 flow.
