Build Salesforce Community

Hi, we need to create a Salesforce community. Requirements are below:

- Our company makes applications to universities for students
- These applications are stored as a custom object called 'App'
- The community will be accessed by staff from our partner universities
- These staff should be able to view 'App' records for their university
- They must not see other 'App' records not related to their university
- They must be able to upload documents to the record
