Build and Integrate Forms to CRM - Through Formstack and Salesforce
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We are looking for support in building out our process when signing up a new customer via Formstack and Salesforce.
Our business is a remote business for B2C sales, so we will need to take in consideration the customer experience.
What skills we are looking for?
- Must have good experience using Formstack - Forms, Sign and Documents
- Must have experience with API configuration and using Salesforce
- Experience in Process Architect would be helpful
What work needs to be done:
- Creating a series of 4 -5 forms (some with workflows)
- Advising the business on the process map and seeking improvements
- Linking the forms and data to Salesforce
- Handing over a document of the process flow once setup
