Build Full Scale CTI/SMS Solution

Looking for a developer who has successfully completed building a full CTI/SMS solution in Twilio Studio and Successfully bridged it over to Salesforce. This project will include specific features that will be detailed in the attached word document. Developer must be Fluent in English to fully understanding both verbal & written communication throughout the entire project. Project will be broken down into 6 phases for tasks to organized for efficient and timely completion of the project. Developer will need to provide weekly updates and illustrate progress on a zoom/google meet share screen call at least every 2 weeks. Payment for the entire project will be made to freelancer (1 Milestone only), and will not be released until the entire project is fully completed, tested, and ready for use with full functionality of all features. I currently have a out of the box CTI/SMS solution inside Salesforce that is able to do majority of the features listed on the word document attached, but there are several features that it cannot do. So I'm looking for a superior custom solution to replace it. I'm not looking for partial solutions, extensive delays beyond the agreed upon timeline (greater than 2 weeks), or discover halfway through that the developer will not be able to deliver all of the features listed in the document after stating initially that all features can be completed. So to ensure successful & timely completion, integrity of the developer, and to provide the best interest of both parties, full payment (only 1 mile stone) will not be released from freelancer to the developer until the end when everything has been completed. If there are any concerns/doubts regarding the project features being able to be completed or being able to be completed during the timeline, this needs to be addressed in writing prior to awarding the project.

Please do not reply/bid to this project if you are looking to receive partial payments throughout the project, do not have experience creating full CTI/SMS solutions with Twilio bridged into Salesforce, are not capable/knowledgeable of building the features described for the project, or are not fluent in English for both Verbal and Written communication (as this greatly affect the success of understanding the project details and successful & efficient communication throughout the project), or if you are looking to adjust the budget (budget is not negotiable).

Project should be completed within 120 Days/4 Months. And while delays can happen, anything exceeding 2 weeks for the timeline will not be acceptable.
