Assistance in Purchasing CRM Software

Looking at purchasing a CRM such as Pipedrive, Nutshell, Salesforce, etc. We have Outlook contacts that are categorized and have spreadhseets, LinkedIn contacts, etc. that need to be added to the mix (may all need to be categorized? Would think that it may be better doing that in the CRM software? Will need assistance on choosing the software and then getting all the contacts in there. Want to use it for email marketing in the long run such as Constant Contact (sounds like Nutsell syncs with it). We use Quickbooks so will need to take the contacts from there as well. Will only be doing this for two employees but we are also looking at doing contract marketing through people/dealers we will setup who may also need access to the contacts (may want to limit this to area, industry, etc.).
