Acronis Engineer & Salesforce Email Assistant Needed -- 2

I am in need of a multi-talented professional who can manage our Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud backups and handle Salesforce CRM emails.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up backup plans with Acronis
- Monitoring backup statuses and alerts
- Restoring data from backups when needed
- Responding to customer inquiries via Salesforce
- Organizing email templates in Salesforce CRM
This position is critical for an MSP and requires not just technical skills, but also strong communication and organizational capabilities. You must have experience with Jira and be able to write well. Understanding of backups in general is a plus. Your ability to manage Salesforce emails effectively will be key to your success in this role.
