There is an integration between callhub and salesforce. we have noticed that there have been some major discrepancies between the calls logged in our integrated tool Callhub and the calls that were synced over to Salesforce.
There were many errors on 12/21 with the following error message
CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY.
Some have the error message as:
UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW
For context we have experienced this errors in the past in very small numbers which have usually impacted a few calls. This week there are many calls that did not sync over.
