Salesforce admin and development work

I need help on salesforce development and admin area for next few months. It is on demand basis and also going to be a screen sharing work .Looking for experienced admin plus developer. Person should have good knowledge of configuration(page layout, record types, validation, formula, custom fields, relationships..etc) ,Security, APEX development, report creation. Experience with service cloud and sales cloud and marketing cloud.
